Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy. If 7 calendar days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility:

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Certain items, such as personalized products, custom designs, or downloadable products, cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items: Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom-designed products
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Health and personal care items

Refunds (if applicable):

  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, which was sent to you via email at the time of purchase.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, a refund will be processed in USD equivalent at the time of purchase, and a credit will automatically be applied to your wallet within 14 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your wallet, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at citizenerased_returns@kangoanywhere.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please contact us at citizenerased_returns@kangoanywhere.com for further instructions.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should first contact us at citizenerased_returns@kangoanywhere.com to receive return instructions based on your specific item.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

For items over USD 75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item is defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at citizenerased_returns@kangoanywhere.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly and provide a replacement at no extra cost.

Gift Returns

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.
